This study aims to show real action from efforts to build religious moderation, namely by interfaith srawung activities. Srawung is an activity by gathering many people to meet and discuss various matters in social life. With the addition of the word inter-faith, srawung means an encounter between faiths (religions and beliefs that are recognized in Indonesia) to learn from each other and ultimately gain inspiration. Srawung is a good medium for building religious moderation. Srawung invited all parties to have heart-to-heart discussions on various matters, especially those related to religion. Srawung tried to position various problems that occurred and together were invited to find solutions. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method with an analytical based on the thoughts of Pope Francis and Grand Imam Al-Tayyeb from The Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together. Based on the documents and opinions of the two figures, the author analyzes interfaith srawung as an effort to build religious moderation in Indonesia.
